Yes, you can take just a part of a particular tour. Please email us your exact requirements and our customer service representative will send you a breakup of what you have asked for along with the cost. You can book hotel(s) and car(s) through the respective sections directly as well.

If I book a vacation package that specifies meals, how many do I get?

Good question! Just check to see what your package includes. If it says EP then no meals are included. AP means breakfast, lunch and dinner- all three are included. MAP means breakfast and one more meal – either lunch or dinner – are included.

What are my rooming options if I am traveling alone?

Normally vacation package prices are on the basis of double or twin occupancy. If you are traveling alone, we will try to find a suitable group member who could share the room with you. If there is no group member with whom you can share a room, you will be given a room to yourself – called single occupancy in the trade – and you have to pay a surcharge for that.

A friend wants to join the vacation package I am taking midway through the tour. Can you arrange that?

Do vacation package prices include airfare?

Many of the vacation package prices we feature online do not include airfare. However, others do. You can tell them apart, because the words following the price listing will either read Air Optional or Air Inclusive. With Air Optional packages, you can decide whether you want to price a package with or without airfare.

I am an NRI. Can you issue and deliver tickets for my parents / friends in India if I pay for them from outside India?

Yes, we will be very happy to do the same. The only condition is that our network should include that town. Presently, we are capable of delivering to the top 500 cities in India.

I do not want to pay online. What are the other options available?

You can pay by cash, check and/ or draft.

I have booked a Holiday on Tycoon-Holidays.Com. When will it be delivered to me?

It will be delivered within 24-48 hours in Delhi and Mumbai. For other cities, the ticket will be couriered and will reach you within 72 hours.

I have sent a ticket back to you for a refund. How long it will take to credit my card?

This takes about two billing cycles (3-4 weeks) before a credit note is issued. Our accounts section sends the ticket through the BSP (Billing and Settlement Plan). They, in turn, send the debit back to airline and request them for a refund. Hence, the time taken is a little long.

What if I do not pay on time?

If your full payment is not received by the due date and / or you do not comply with other terms and conditions of the offer, you would not be entitled to receive the benefit under such offer. You will then be automatically charged the regular brochure price or any prevalent promotional price (with its applicable conditions) available at the time when you make your full payments.

If you do not wish to travel then, you will be subject to the applicable cancellation charges as per the cancellation policy.

What if the visa is rejected?

Granting of visa is the sole discretion of concerned embassy / consulate. Hence, incase of visa rejection, Tycoon Holidays™ will not be liable / responsible. However incase of any such visa rejection for a particular destination you shall have the option to choose an alternative destination. Notwithstanding anything contrary contained herein incase you do not wish to choose an alternative destination then Tycoon Holidays™ shall not be held responsible / liable for any refund in terms of visa application and processing fees paid by you to Tycoon Holidays™.

Do I need to pay anything in addition to the tour price of the holiday packages?

Apart from the applicable price mentioned in the price grids, each passenger will have to pay for GST and any optionals if selected. High season charges will be extra (if any, during Peak Period / certain holidays trade fairs / or any other period specifically mentioned). For free International holiday which will be given to selected customer (Lucky draw winner), we recommend that you process the visas, the overseas mediclaim insurance policy and other appropriate insurances and basic travel quota through Tycoon Holidays™.

It is recommended that you purchase a Travel / Medical Insurance Policy to cover the risk to life, limb and property whilst on tour from an insurance company identified and named by Tycoon Holidays™. You must check the accuracy and correctness of the policies and in case of any errors report the same to the Insurance Company to rectify it as Tycoon Holidays™ will not be responsible for the same.
